Weave Tessellation Wooden Tray Puzzle
Here we have the 16 piece puzzle based on a tessellation (repeating pattern), the Weave Tessellation Wooden Tray Puzzle . In terms of difficulty if the fractal puzzles I make are 8-9 out of 10 then this would be a 4 out of 10. So I would say it`s more of a brain teaser than super hard challenge (but satisfying none the less when completed - and not necessarily much easier to do the second time around).
Additional Details
I cut the puzzle pieces out using my Laser Cutting machine from 3mm Poplar Ply, and back it with 3mm Birch Ply (to make the tray), I then finish it with Boiled Linseed Oil.

Items sent overseas are sent using Royal Mail International Standard postage. This tariff does not include Tracking and delivery usually takes from 1 to 2 weeks (6-12 working days). If Tracking is required I offer an upgraded Postal Service - Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which usually takes 3 to 9 days. Domestic post to UK is 1 to 2 days. Proof of Posting always got and available if required.

Note Regarding Packaging - I try to minimise waste so simply post in a cardboard padded envelope with the puzzle wrapped in recyclable clingfilm (made from Sugar Cane waste) to prevent pieces falling out of the tray.
